Tonino's Holzwurm in Heilsbronn

We ordered from Tonino's Holzwurm via Lieferando because the reviews were consistently positive. The pizzas and the salad were very tasty and the delivery time was okay for the distance and where I live in the forest. Unfortunately, the supplier wasn't very enthusiastic because he had to drive so far to me. But I can't help it if Tonino's Holzwurm does not seem to indicate a delivery area at Lieferando and I fell into their area as a result. Several times I was allowed to hear that I live so far away and that there wasn't a delivery service nearby. Therefore only 4 stars. That was the first and last time that I ordered there.

The pizza is good but also cold, that I am told that I have to wait 50 minutes and then it comes 60 minutes too late that can't be because I can warm up a pizza for € 2.50 that is Ready in 10 minutes and it's hot and tastes good and for the amount I think the prices are outrageous!

We had Indian food and it was outstanding. Service was great, can only be recommended

Had schnitzel Hawai was the worst meal I have ever eaten. Never again!!! The sauce was a tasteless water mush, a schnitzel that was probably cooked to death, and half-raw, soggy fries.

Best pizza we've ever ordered Hard and dry like it was 3 days old If you complain, you get offended And the money won't be refunded and you get. Also no new delivery, just never a cheek again

I can only rate the Indian food in the restaurant now. I haven't tried the pizzas yet. I have a 1 hour drive to eat here with my boyfriend. We ate the Indian vegetarian menu for two. For the starter you can choose between vegetables baked in batter and vegetable soup, both very, very tasty. The main course was two dishes. One hot curry with chickpeas and one mild one with cheese balls and almond sauce. I can especially recommend the latter. The main course comes with naan bread and rice, both of which are refilled again and again until you have eaten. For dessert there was homemade ice cream, vanilla and strawberry. The vanilla ice cream is made with real vanilla, which you can see and taste. Both types of ice cream were incredibly good, fluffy and creamy. In addition, the price of the menu is incredibly cheap. I am very enthusiastic about the food and like to drive 1 hour / 90 kilometers to eat there.

We went there more often - mostly with 3 or even 4 people - and therefore accepted a longer journey time. Back then we were always very happy. It has been a real catastrophe there for about 2 years - meanwhile we boycott the restaurant. Why? Therefore: I usually order the same thing. It is prepared differently EVERY time. Sometimes so spicy that you can't eat it, next time it's quite mild. Sometimes these cheese balls are in it, which actually belong in a different dish. Once with broccoli, next time with cauliflower. Sometimes with peas, sometimes without. What shoud that? Does the cook cook as he likes? Incidentally, the extreme fluctuations in the degree of spiciness are also noticeable to other people and do not only affect a particular dish. Friendliness (if you sit at the tables at the counter you really get EVERYTHING): Boss and employees argue behind the counter. Some of the phone orders are really unfriendly - and in the pub the boss blasphemes over the caller. The drivers are also compressed in the local area. The ladies' toilet is the private make-up area of ​​the employees. Her stuff is everywhere. The employee who bills us often rounds up the amount independently! They are only cents, but that is not possible at all! If you cut the tip because the friendliness has once again fallen by the wayside or you have noticed immediately that the lady has rounded, then you are snapped and accordingly pampy to the guests .... If the taste and quality of the food and the customer friendliness depend on the day, then I no longer want to be a guest there. If I get annoyed as the boss by the callers who want to order, I let myself be sorted out by Lieferando. In the case of well-justified complaints (see other reviews), I can strike a different tone for my employees and, above all, not clarify it loudly and derogatively BEFORE people who are currently eating. With the passion with which the wood worm is managed, one has to ask: Wouldn't it be better to close the shop?

We have been collecting something here and there for years. Unfortunately, the taste of the dishes appealed to us better. Too bad.

Can't agree with the other reviews, have now ordered 3x in no time. Staff when ordering on the phone very friendly, specified delivery time was met or even delivered earlier. Price-performance ratio of the dishes in taste and quantity TOP. Driver-friendly eating warm can only be recommended.

I only rate the pizza. I can't say anything about the rest.

What should actually the many negative reviews? You really have no idea! Four of us were at the table today and are very friendly and well served. The food was very tasty. We would like to come again!

Best Indian / Italian restaurant! Very nice staff, good prices and of course excellent food. Since my childhood my love restaurant and my polling station for every celebration in my life.

Good evening I have to say that was the worst conversation I have experienced on the phone with an order. Totally unfriendly wi wanted an exta order and then immediately become very naughty without asking. I WILL NEVER GET BACK AGAIN.

We always like to eat Indian food in the restaurant, will continue to eat there. However, we will never order food again. This is the third time that the supplier uses all the bell pushes (10 pm) and wakes up the whole house. Although our name is not even written nearly as similar as the other.

Ordered a few weeks ago noodles which have not been recognized (overcooked), after telephone demand had an eternal discussion. Today pizza orders as all other delivery services are on vacation. Waiting time supposedly 45 minutes, after 1.5 hours waiting time called again takes another 30 minutes. Right, really bitter ...

Italian and Indian cuisine. Lots of takeaway but you can eat inside too. Try the Indian food. They do a great job!

Very good food. The staff is very friendly and competent. Even if you are a bit unsure, you always get a good advice here. Noteworthy is the family pizza to pick up for 10 €. Also, the pizza menus are very reasonably priced
